1. Install PES 2013 Next Season Patch 2019 here.

2. Copy kitserver13 folder to your PES 2013 game

C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2013\

2. Extract the file with WinRAR, and copy to Edit.bin file to

C:\Users\Your PC Name\Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2013\save

3. Done !
