CFW 4.86 FERROX COBRA v8.20 PS3

Setelah beberapa pekan lalu SONY merilis firmware terbarunya untuk PS3 yaitu OFW 4.86,alexander sebagai pengembang dari CFW Ferrox Cobra merilis juga firmware PS3 terbaru untuk PS3 CFW yaitu Ferrox Cobra v4.86.Tidak terlalu banyak pembaruan didalamnya hampir memiliki fitur yang sama dengan v4.85.

Yang jadi pertanyaan apakah update CFW ini diperlukan?jawabannya tergantung kebutuhan,saat ini beberapa game PS3 sebagian masih ada yang menyediakan fitur online seperti GTA 5,COD Ghost,Plant Zombies dan beberapa game lainnya,jika kita masih ingin bermain game online tetapi firmware PS3 kita masih dibawah 4.86 maka kita harus mengupdate secara manual ke firmware 4.86 supaya nanti kalau misalnya firmware yang digunakan masih firmware 4.85 kemudian langsung digunakan online maka akan minta update otomatis ke firmware 4.86 langsung dari PS3 dan jika ini dilakukan maka selamat PS3 CFW anda akan terupdate ke OFW 4.86 dan game yang ada didalam PS3 CFW tidak akan bisa dimainkan lagi.

Maka dari itu jika ingin bermain online dan PS3 yang digunakan adalah CFW bisa diupdate dengan CFW 4.86 ini (update manual),kalau tidak memanfaatkan fitur online sebaiknya tidak usah diupdate.

Catatan penting update firmware ini untuk PS3 CFW (Seri 20/21/25) bukan untuk OFW (Seri 30/40) untuk PS3 OFW bisa gunakan HFW 4.86+HEN.

Cara Update :
- Download file diatas
- kemudian Rename CEXFERROXCOBRA486.pup menjadi PS3UPDAT.pup
- Siapkan Flashdisk format FAT32 kemudian buat folder PS3/UPDATE/..copykan PS3UPDAT.pup kesini
- Kemudian update melalui PS3
- Selesai
