The download itself is pretty easy, unzip the file, and just insert every file into your modding folder (other than the reshade, you put that where ever you put your reshades in). This includes my global, male skin, court lighting, a cool start up that I use, crowd mod, realistic basketball, a different scoreboard, and a remade bulls, celtics, hornets, and cavs court. (some of these files aren't mine, but i was told it was okay to post it lol)
